As part of your responsibilities, you’ll be involved in routine and type testing of traction transformers. You’ll collaborate with technical departments and customers, participate in root cause analysis for defects, and act as a process owner for testing procedures. Additionally, you’ll contribute to audits and maintain a proactive, communicative approach.

Your responsibilities
Prepare and perform routine test of our traction transformers according to the planning
Prepare and perform type test of our traction transformers in collaboration with technical department and the customer
Identify and participate to the root analysis in case of defect
Act as a process owner for testing processes (shared responsibility with current testing engineer) by establishing / maintaining requirements, ensuring procedures
Analyse deviations from process objectives and their cause, perform systematic cause search and implementation and monitor related action plans
Contribute to the execution of internal audits, customer audits & ISO TS 22163
Your background
Master’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of testing
Continuous improvement and lean management tools / skills
Fluency in French and English, spoken and written
Customer orientation and Team spirit
Proactive, communicative, autonomous
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, PDM)
