Job Purpose
This role is onsite in Mexico City. Coordinate and execute administrative and supportive account, sales and service activities. Handle questions, complaints, and requests from customers, within company policies and procedures, to support the unit in realizing commercial objectives and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain quote and order logs for designated service and sales personnel.
Sales and service support including, but not limited to, general follow up, order worksheet write-ups, tender document write-ups, generate billing and delivery orders.
Gathering documentation for sales order submission as in-service reports, credit applications, tax exemption certificates, purchase orders, and revised purchase orders.
Enter inventory receipts and shipments in computer system in a timely matter as product moves through
assigned warehouses.
Entry of sales order as quote, provide order status, schedule ship date, actual ship date, pro number, proof of delivery, etc.
Assist in resolution of order related issues, Credit Blocks, Will Advise Addresses, Past Due shipments and
Rejected orders.
Coordinate service and installation for Stationary products.
Be the first contact for freight damage, product returns, credits, parts shortages, etc. Complete Quality Alerts and work with Customer Service Specialists to bring to resolution.
Follow ISO procedures document control in regional offices, provide general administrative support.
This role does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Complete warranty claim forms, submit for review and provide customer updates.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years’ experience in customer service.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 2 years as Customer Service Executive or similar position.
- Customer service and administration background preferred. Negotiation and presentations skills, budget control, resource management, English 90%, office and good or fair windows general knowledge.
