ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述

As a Packaging Program Specialist - Agency Model(1-year Temp) you are responsible for overseeing programs and initiatives to maintain, optimize, and grow the existing packaging business for your dedicated accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Commercial, GPD, Procurement, and Compliance to manage scorecards for your accounts, the existing supplier matrix, and to develop new items as needed. You will be the key coordinator between T1 Factories and Avery Dennison suppliers to execute new items, manage delivery and quality issues, and track and rectify monthly orders and commission calculations. You will be a key player in optimizing the customer and product portfolio by analyzing the portfolio and yearly business for profitability and making recommendations to streamline or expand where needed to improve productivity.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:

• Collaborate with Commercial on dedicated account management - seasonal changes, product transitions, supplier quality issues, new item and pricing approvals, etc.
• Monitor material market trend on a monthly basis from various sources
• Tier 1 Factory and Avery Dennison Supplier coordination
• Manage, finalize and gain approval for pricing and layouts for new items
• Collect and analyze monthly delivery reports from all suppliers, rectify report, and submit commission data to Financial
• Analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and negotiate for improvement where needed
• Partner with Compliance to monitor the performance of suppliers and assist with CAP where necessary
• Manage delivery, quality, and payment issues through to resolution.
• Contribute to supplier scorecard with supply chain team
• Partner with Compliance to manage RSL testing where required by Brand

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求:

• Degree from accredited University preferably in packaging engineering, business, supply chain management or other quantitative discipline
• 3+ years of working experience in sourcing, preferably within packaging/printing industry
• Ability to manage and analyze complex data sets
• Strong analytical skills and highly numerate
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent IT skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to write high quality, statistically accurate reports and present data in a meaningful way
• Team player and collaborative
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English and Chinese)
