Based in Pune, this Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of Light and Wonder projects such as launching content into new markets, large feature improvements, supporting live incidents, recertifications and engaging with the maths team on game accuracy checks. The PM will be expected to oversee multiple projects in parallel, operating within a project team located in Pune, and with stakeholders situated globally. 
This candidate will be expected to work independently but provide frequent updates to global management teams and escalate promptly when risks or issues cannot be managed within the Project. They will also be expected to take opportunities to highlight areas to improve project management and development practices. 

 
Primary Responsibilities: 

• Day to day management of assigned projects working to ensure delivery against agreed project requirements 

• Understand and actively remove impediments for the project team and project requirements 

• Create detailed project plans with the project team, ensuring these are clear, understood and tracked 

• Manage risks, issues and dependencies identified on projects. Escalate as appropriate. 

• Coordinate, where required, when business processes needed for project success utilize teams external to the project 

• Update internal reporting packs focusing on project delivery 

• See projects through to completion 

• Assist in coordination relating to project specific production incidents and escalations that occur during project timelines 

• Identify process improvements and raise these with the respective Capability leads 

• Support financial management, including project creation and time tracking 

Qualifications 

• 3-5 years Previous Project Management experience 

• Experience using tools such as Microsoft Project, Sharepoint, Monday.com, JIRA & Confluence 

• Highly adaptable and able to move with change within the projects / business 

• Resilient and able to work well under pressure 

• Strong organization, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills 

• Strong reporting & presentation skills 

• Confident speaker 

• Detail-oriented 

Nice to haves: 

• Project Management certifications such as APM, PMQ, PRINCE2 or Agile 

• Servant Leader experience 

• Agile experience 

• Technical capacity with the ability to ‘translate’ technical language 

• iGaming and industry knowledge 

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
