Our employees are not only part of history, they’re making history. Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking An Industrial Security Analyst 3 for a position based out Guam. The successful candidate will
Develop, and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor’s access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Assigned Responsibilities are (but not limited to):
· Support the team by administering and developing classified security programs while protecting proprietary materials, documents, and equipment
· Prepare Standard Operating Procedures outlining requirements for handling and protecting classified information and assets
· Maintain records for granting access to restricted areas, information and materials
· Collaborate with leadership and team members to identify and resolve program deficiencies
· Conduct security education classes, briefings, and audits applicable to unique security environment
· Work closely with government agencies to obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations
This position will be a long-term expatriate opportunity with paid travel to location. This position will include HOLA, COLA and other incentives for working this assignment overseas.

Basic Qualifications

· Minimum 6 years’ experience with Bachelor’s degree or 4 years with Masters. Additional work experience may be used in lieu of degree
· Proficient in understanding and applying DoD SAP Manuals to daily operations
· Strong Industrial Security background, to include:
· Experience with drafting and managing Fixed Facility Checklists
· COMSEC experience (equipment and key inventory management)
· Personnel Security (Adjudicative guidelines, JPAS, SF86, Adverse reporting)
· GSA Safe Management
· Access Control/Alarms/Area Protection
· Classified document marking, protection, storage, transmittal, and destruction
· Knowledge of SAPF/SCIF construction standards (ICD 705, UL 2050, etc.)
· Ability to independently identify, assess, and apply knowledge of government security requirements in a complex and unique multi-level secure environment to ensure program compliance in non-routine situations
· Experience authoring and interpreting Standard Operating Procedures, Security Plans, and Concept of Operations
· Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year
· Must be able to maintain a valid U.S. passport and be willing to accept customer furnished quarters for a period of up to 120 days away from primary work location
· Must meet medical requirements for worldwide travel
· The ability to obtain and retain Special Program access clearance within 365 days from submission is a condition of employment
· Ability to perform daily tasks with minimal oversight and problem solve in an efficient, security-minded manner, while recognizing when to defer to management
· Must be a US Citizen with Active Top Secret DoD Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

· Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
· Skilled in providing security-relevant training and briefings
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills, proactive, and possesses excellent problem solving and organizational skills
· Ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet iterative deadlines
· Previous experience providing on-site security consulting support for a technical project, preferably with a federal customer

Salary Range: $80,600 - $120,000

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
