Work you'll do

• Be responsible for managing continuous integration and deployment pipelines, ensuring the high availability and performance of applications, and automating operations processes.
• Design, Implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using Jenkins, Git/GitHub, and other relevant tools.
• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues in the development, test, and production environments.
• Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to ensure the highest possible availability and performance.
• Continuously improve our operations processes and automation.
• Troubleshoot issues in WebSphere and work with developers to resolve them.
• Assist in Java application troubleshooting and optimization.

With end-users, customers, and workers at the center, we collaborate with our clients to deliver quality human services and work to support individuals in need. Some areas that we focus on include Children Services, Eligibility & Enrollment, Child Support Enforcement, and Labor & Workforce Development.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• 8+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of DevOps engineering experience.

Preferred:

• Experience with Jenkins, Git/GitHub, and AWS.
• Experience with infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform.
• Software development and deployment processes.
• Experience with scripting (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience in WebSphere troubleshooting.
• Experience with Java application development and troubleshooting
