Mission statement:

Manage all factory sites across China, ensure all facilities leased or owned by Hitachi Energy are properly maintained with proactive measures, operating with zero safety risk and all service lines delivered based on agreed SLA with stakeholders. 

Your responsibilities:

• You will develop annual occupancy budget and investment plan based on actual demand/business outlook, prepare business case/justification to get internal approval.

• You will be being the focal of RE in manufacturing site, timely communicating with stakeholders/end users on new requirement, coordinating with RE project manager on project execution.

• You will keep in with new ideas and approaches in facility management, set up PM process/standard to ensures all sites implemented with uniformed standard accordingly.

• You will be involved in space management/energy efficiency, maximized space utilization and improved energy efficiency through analysis/benchmarking, come up with green energy initiatives to achieve decarbonization target.

• You will ensure that all activities led by Real Estate during construction are undertaken with all necessary safety control measures to mitigate and eliminate hazards/risks.

• You will be able to adapt to a dynamic and multi-cultural working environment.

• You will team up with/Manage internal/external parties, including end user, SCM, GC, PMC and relative government authorities.

• You will introduce best industry practice, drive transformational change of manufacturing in terms of facility and energy management.

Your background:

• You hold bachelors' degree.

• Minimum 10 years working experience in the field of corporate real estate/facility management, deep understanding of manufacturing industry, experience with MNC client, IFM service preferred.

• Familiar with full cycle of asset management, including site selection/lease management/design and construction, prepare SOR/technical specification based on user requirement, major in civil engineering, MEP or FM preferred.

• Strong customer service consciousness, excellent communication skills.

• Excellent skill with AutoCAD, Microsoft office. 

• Must be self-motivated, able to travel substantially.

• Proficient in English language.
