We are now seeking an Associate Software Engineer to join the team.

Job Summary:

The purpose of the role is to design and develop base platform for gaming products.  This includes requirement analysis and documentation, software development, testing and deployment support.  It also includes second level support activities, bug fixing and testing for installed sites.

Essential Job Functions:

• To design and develop base platform under the direction of a Team Leader and his/her superiors as per the project plans

• Keep the Team Leader updated with both verbal and written reports as to the progress of your current project

• Requirements analysis and development of Requirements Specifications and Functional Specifications

• System and module design and development of design documentation

• Software development and testing; including but not limited to unit testing, load tests, and error conditions

• Development of unit test tools

• Investigate and address field issues which may include onsite test

Qualifications:

Education / Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer/ Software Engineering or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent C++ programming skills

• Project portfolio that shows hands-on experience

• Full software development life cycle experience, including writing appropriate documentation for each stage

• Broad knowledge of embedded software development

• Configuration management experience (ie have previously used tools such as Perforce/Git)

• System design experience

• Experience in using software test frameworks

• Experience in Agile development methodology

• Experience with Visual Studio and Windows programming

• Experience with JIRA and confluence

• Experience in Typescript & React is preferred

• Previous Communication protocol development experience is preferred
