Our mission is to lead and manage the fee setting, implementation, and exception processes that deliver on commercial, financial, regulatory and operational objectives, while advancing the customer experience.
This role is responsible for owning and executing the Asia Pacific pricing strategy and lead global pricing initiatives.

Core accountabilities include:
* Lay out facts and figures to demonstrate potential pricing optimizing opportunities include revenue and customer impact
* Develop potential new initiatives and accelerate pricing progress across different business segments
* Develop models for future forecasts and projections, predictive modelling
* Reduce pricing complexity while preserving the flexibility to change price globally.
* Partner with business units in the sharing and dissemination of pricing information
* Designated point of contact on pricing and pricing logic question
* Assist sales team in quoting and pricing negotiations
* Provide support on key pricing related activities including regulatory reporting and engagement, IT infrastructure builds, and compliance initiatives
* Identify and develop solutions to complex problems from a strategic and operational perspective

Candidate Competencies:
Pricing & Analytics
* Thorough understanding of pricing strategies formation and execution
* Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer segmentation, and value proposition articulation
* Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and concepts. Expertise in visualization tool such as Tableau, Alteryx and SQL programming is a plus
* In depth experience in owning, maintaining, and improving large set of data elements. Comfortable in manipulating large set of data to drive insights and take decision based on facts/data
* Strong communications, analytical and management skills, with the ability to present quantitative and technical concepts to both business executives and technical teams

Process Improvement
* Translate customer needs into process improvement objectives, define user stories, develop implementation plans and oversee their execution
* Comfortable in an agile operating environment. Demonstrates persistence and commitment in implementing product and process improvements.
* Solution focused; identify solutions, lead the implementation and help team overcome complaints and obstacles.
* Familiar with the roles of Risk Owner/Process Owner/Product Owner and Data Owner.
* Comfortable with Six Sigma approach

Leadership & collaboration
* Natural change agent with entrepreneurial instincts who articulates the need for change and improvement with ease.
* Build enduring relationships with internal stakeholders - especially the Control functions, technology and RM functions.
* Effective advocate, influence without authority. Eye for detail and accuracy, with a preference for brevity.
* Comfortable in negotiations to optimize prices at senior level and with customers

Candidate Experience:
* 10+ years related business experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree, in business strategy, pricing, finance, data science or other related functional experience
* Proven track record in developing and implementing successful pricing strategies, including new product rollouts
* Comfortable in engaging at very Senior Level as well as a very detailed/analytical level
* Self-starter with ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple, competing priorities
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks as well as work towards tight deadlines.
* Experienced in multi-functions and multi-years implementation initiative
* Highly proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
