    The Associate BI (Business Intelligence) Data Engineer is passionate about using data as a decision-making tool.  They are excited about enabling actionable insights for our internal customers to tackle complex business problems through data. 

    As an Associate BI Data Engineer, your objective is to ensure our customers have excellent user experiences with our data & analytics assets and capabilities.  In addition to providing support, you’ll work with other BI Data Engineers on customer and internal projects, with the goal of eventually owning a few stakeholder domains yourself.  Through data coaching and training, you will enable others by increasing Tableau proficiency and data fluency of Relativity as a whole. 

    Job Description and Requirements

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Review incoming requests and pair internal customers with appropriate BI Data Engineer 

    • Work with internal customers to develop complete and accurate requirements for BI requests 

    • Work alongside Senior BI Data Engineers to become subject matter experts on Relativity’s diverse datasets 

    • Tackle stakeholder metrics requests and basic reporting adjustments  

    • Create and maintain documentation including, but not limited to, data catalog, best practices, information governance policies, etc.  

     

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High school degree or equivalent  

    • Basic to intermediate data visualization skills  

    • Desire to ramp up data wrangling and data transformation skills 

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Displays extreme passion for data and problem solving – is driven to ask the right questions and surface up business insights  

    • Demonstrates initiative to learn new skills and take on increasingly challenging projects  

    • Has experience supporting customers as a primary point of contact  

    • Has intermediate Microsoft Excel or other reporting tool experience  

    • Can analyze and document complex business processes  

    • Communicates effectively, both written and verbal  

    • Works efficiently under pressure and meets deadlines while balancing customer requests across multiple data domains  

    • Excels at cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing  

    • Experience with Tableau is a plus  

    • Has experience in a customer (internal or external) facing role

    Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

    This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

    The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

    zł116 000 and zł174 000

    The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
