    The Product Management team is looking for a Group Product Manager to lead the roadmap and success of Relativity’s Search, a core product used for all use cases from litigation, investigations, to Relativity’s extend products. Relativity will be transforming the search experience through embracing generative AI to allow for a more natural search experience with comprehensive results, powered by a brand-new architecture.

    In this role, you will:
    -Manage a team of product managers focused on various aspects of building the next generation of our search experience.
    -Lead the vision and strategy of our new search experience, powered by the latest generative AI capabilities available from Microsoft’s OpenAI services and Elastic.
    -Transform our search architecture to be powered by Elastic.
    -Ensure customers have successful experiences by helping Relativity enablement teams and acting with urgency to address any barriers to adoption.
    -Work with fellow product managers to ensure a successful end to end search experience that supports a variety data types from ingestion to acting on search results.

    A successful candidate must be energized by building deep customer empathy, collaborating with design, development, discovering opportunities through data analysis and inquiry with customers, creating and communicating progress through leading indicators, developing strong fluency in generative AI and adjacent technologies, and navigating ambiguity given the technology’s pace of change. Candidates have experience managing other product managers and building teams.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Owns product portfolio strategy, roadmap, and goals. 

    • As a leader on the Product team, manages a team of product managers to execute on their vision. Mentors other product managers where opportunities arise.  

    • Represent Relativity at industry trade shows and events. 

    • Facilitate high priority defect prioritization, management, and communication. 

    • Manage thoughtful scoping and prioritization while motivating through conflict and change. 

    • Work with product marketing on go to market strategies. 

    • Work collaboratively with design and development to validate direction and solution. 

    • Thinks outside the box to develop solutions customers haven’t even considered.  Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for getting results. Responsible for developing plans to drive expected outcome. ​ 

    • Regularly communicate product roadmap value to internal and external customers, with the ability to speak technically and from a business point of view. 

    • Engage in exploratory design that validates hypotheses and proposed solutions. 

    • Lead research and proposals to drive build/buy/partner decisions.  

    • Able to set leading indicators of product health and project success; drives tactics based on insights from portfolio metrics and reporting. 

    • Justify Roadmaps with both qualitative and quantitative data evidence. 

    • Communicate product vision and achieve buy in from Senior Leadership and stakeholders. 

    • Utilize deep user, market, competitive knowledge and data to articulate clear long-term product vision. 

    Preferred qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of managing product managers.  

    • Excellent communicator and presenter, both written and verbal 

    • You focus on the details, but focus your strategy on the big picture objectives 

    • A team player with proven ability to validate solutions and deliver features from inception to delivery 

    • You are excited and curious about highly complex problems, systems, and interactions 

    • Familiarity and comfort with data, including ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health, set goals, back up assumptions, and track success.  

    • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile 

    •  Experience building search products and managing search infrastructure.  

    Minimum qualifications:

    • 7+ years of experience in product management building custom software 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience. 

    • 1+ years of experience inspiring, managing, and coaching Product Owners as direct reports

    Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

    This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

    The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

    zł350,000 and zł524,000

    The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
