    Job Overview

    The Systems Administrator role will assist in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of our back-office infrastructure and applications. The role will work with all teams to assist with the tools managing device imaging, software and patch deployment, and asset management as well as management of enterprise applications (Zoom, Slack, Microsoft 365,etc.) The Systems Administrator works under general direction of managers and senior team members.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Drive the effort to ensure efficient and resilient operation of the technology systems and the appropriate designs of those systems.

    • Implement, manage and maintain tools that support all end users and their devices such as Okta Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune, Configuration Manager, Autopilot, etc.), Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), JAMF,  Active Directory, and Microsoft365.

    • Implement, manage and maintain standard applications, integrations and their associated processes. Applications include MS Teams, Slack, Microsoft 365, Carbonite, Zscaler and other business applications

    • Be an escalation point in troubleshooting complex environments as problems arise, test fixes, and perform follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved

    • Seek, identify, recommend and document improvements to processes.

    • Work with third party vendors integrated with our environment for device imaging and configuration as well as enterprise application support.

    • Provide support for the testing of new and existing software applications under development.

    • Drive a continuous-improvement strategy for upgrading and supporting desktop operating systems in a Microsoft ecosystem.

    • Assist in forecasting future IT infrastructure need by knowing past and current infrastructure demand and knowing how Development teams’ roadmaps will affect infrastructure demands .

    • Seek knowledge of industry trends and technology and apply when designing new solutions.

    • Execute sound judgment and make independent decisions.

    • Work cross-functionally in support of large company events

    • Provide remote after hours support as required, rotating on call

    • Demonstrate consistent commitment to core company values.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years of work experience

    • Desired: Application / environment specific certifications

    • Proven experience with OKTA administration

    • Experience with the following: scripting in PowerShell; Microsoft Ecosystem;  virtualization; cloud services (Azure); infrastructure automation; and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Insight.) Experience in Endpoint & System Administration for a highly virtualized, complex enterprise.

    • Experience managing enterprise applications such as MS Teams, Slack, Microsoft 365, etc.

    • Experience supporting both Windows and Mac end user devices.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on company and team objectives.

    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, troubleshoot and resolve problems, drive projects to completion and meet deadlines.

    • Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting company or team goals.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor Degree of Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

    • Able to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.

    • Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in adverse conditions in order to troubleshoot issues effectively

    • Experience with virtualization, Windows and Linux server administration and infrastructure automation and configuration compliance.

    • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a straight-forward, simple manner.

    • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while simultaneously maintaining the "big picture" view

    • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change

    • Good verbal and written communication skills for a wide variety of audiences

    This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

    The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

    zł133 000 and zł199 000

    The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
