SUMMARY: Customer Program Leader plays a key role in elevating our customer’s brands by leading the development of creative, innovative branding solutions for apparel brand owners and retailers. This role leads the program deployment  process by defining new requirements in collaboration with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Product Development, Customer Service, Field Service and Finance, from point of initiation to 1st PO shipped. This position provides deep product expertise within all products by bringing insights, solutions, and options to Sales and/or the customer, also he/she needs to ensure customer requirements to all stakeholders and offer the best solution to create partnership between site and customer.


REPRESENTATIVE ACTIVITIES:  Activities and duties will vary depending upon the functional area assigned.  Activities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Main contact with the Commercial Team.
  • Lead O2D process for key businesses from project conception, product feasibility, product readiness, business analysis, customer approval, 1st order follow up and post-sale adjustments. This ensures pipeline execution and impulse Go To Market strategy.
  • Gather customer information/specifications to develop new programs or redesigns of existing programs, driving toward the most value-added solution for the customer. Brief creation for Product Development.
  • Contribute to all relevant initiatives to achieve sales plans in close collaboration with Sales teams.
  • Program Review & Closure
  • Manage product development process from customer briefing to artwork development, costing/pricing, sampling, and final approval.
  • Guide customers to the greatest value solution for their branding needs for a given product line.
  • Attend customer presentations and meetings as required.
  • Remain current on industry trends and product innovations to effectively partner with customers in leveraging Avery Dennison solutions.

 


Requisitos

Qualifications

We are looking for:
English advanced, able to keep a business conversation.Bachelor’s degree required.5+ years Project/Project Management or related experience in product development areas in manufacturing companies, management of world-wide customers in terms of product development, pricing and technical support. Apparel, Packaging or Graphic industries are desired.


Skills and Knowledge
Analytical mindset for roadmaps and numerical problems, research and report writing skills.
Detail oriented; good at organizing information piece by piece, comfortable in handling multi-functional issues.
Knowledge of Apparel Industry, products and applications preferred.
Good customer service skills.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Product Management knowledge.
Skilled in project management.
Business Creativity skills.
Possesses teamwork, leadership and facilitation skills in order to cut across many diverse functional disciplines and regional cultures.
Strong presentation skills and persuasiveness.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
