This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

Work you'll do
  • Understand customers through a business lens; potentially through a marketing/branding lens.
  • Work in parallel with a data team to pull insights from data to formulate future strategies for rolling out modernization efforts.
  • Stakeholder engagement and reporting
  • Conduct surveys and design customer interfaces for engagement channels
  • Provide briefings and presentation to clients and other leaders.

In Customer Strategy & Applied Design we elevate the Human Experience. We help clients and account teams design innovative services and human experiences. A few examples of how we achieve this is by conducting ethnographic research, service blueprinting, and surveying customer segmentations.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of professional experience
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Human-centered design (HCD) experience, strong communication and strategic thinking
  • Business/data insights, stakeholder engagement, customer surveys
  • Ability to work on secure client site regularly

Preferred:
  • Active DoD Secret Security clearance highly desired
  • Experience within retail, hospitality industry and/or food service operations from a business acumen perspective
  • Previous Consulting experience in Government Public Sector
