Job Description

We are in search of an experienced Product Manager who possesses a good understanding of ServiceNow Platform. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in product management, with some background in ServiceNow platform implementation and optimization. Excellent communication skills, clarity of thought, creative thinking, and execution capabilities are essential for this role. While not mandatory, ServiceNow certification is considered a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Management Expertise:
    • Develop and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ServiceNow Customer Workflow modules, focusing on Customer Service Management and Public Sector  product areas.
    • Prior experience on Public Sector Digital Services is preferred.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize feature enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and platform capabilities.
    • Experience working in Agile development methodologies is preferred.
  2. Innovation:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, prototype, and validate new features and capabilities. Drive innovation by continuously exploring new ideas and opportunities to enhance the base product and address evolving customer requirements.
  3. Communication, Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    • Communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and project statuses effectively to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
    • Act as a subject matter expert on PSDS product, providing guidance and support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  4. Experience on NOW platform
    • Communicate effectively with developers regarding platform knowledge and CSM modules
    • Keen to develop and enhance technical expertise in the PSDS product area

 

  1. Problem-Solving Abilities:
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex and ambiguous product challenges with a structured approach

Qualifications

 

  • 2 years of Product Management, Product Development, Consulting or Pre-Sales experience
  • Direct experience or detailed understanding of Customer Service Management and(or) Public Sector Digital Services domain
  • History building demos for or selling into Customer Service Management focused organizations 
  • Passion for building technology and problem-solving
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills
  • Technical proficiency with UI, database, workflow and integration technologies desired
  • Experienced with Agile development (scrum)
