Job Description
Systems support & maintaining service levels
Has expertise for the maintenance of systems infrastructure and recovery methods for systems running MS Windows, VMware, LAN devices, and applications process. MS SQL, Databases, and OT hardware and software knowledge is a plus.
Advisor on life cycle management for OT infrastructure and manufacturing applications and interfaces.
Advisor on new technologies and systems infrastructure
Performs systems upgrades for security, problem solving reasons among others
Conducts disaster recovery in accordance with existing procedures
Provide third level support and advanced Analysis
Providing time estimates for resolution of problems
Organizes or contributes to project
Prioritizing tasks needed for project completion
Adhering to IS standards, including change management standards and ITIL
Keeps up to date with corporate IT (security & privacy o.a.) regulations and applies where appropriate
Executes configuration and capacity management of IT/OT infrastructure
Design and maintains infrastructure for automated monitoring or procedures for manual monitoring
Instructs outsource partner (TCS) as part of change management
Remote connectivity of Vendors via approved remote solution
Qualifications
Cisco networking - fundamental level CCNA plus Advance awareness of TCP/IP and common ports and protocols. OSI model.
Understanding of NAT
Windows server and desktop OS - proficient
Comptia A+ network+, security+, certificate a plus
Familiarity of Industry 4.0 standards.
Familiarity with OT Devices from multiple vendors. (PLC, HMI, SCADA, MES)
Proficient in Visio or draw.io for building diagrams
