Candidate will perform a wide variety of tasks in a manufacturing / production environment. Duties will include laying up and bonding various composite materials such as pre-preg graphite and fiberglass materials. The candidate may set up and operate a variety of composite manufacturing tools such as ovens, autoclaves, cut tables, resin inject machines, etc.
What You Will Do
- Operate process equipment including autoclaves and ovens.
- Experience with composite materials (pre-preg, resins, graphite, fiberglass, and bagging).
- Read and follow assembly instructions, engineering diagrams / instructions, and prints.
- Will be performing repetitive tasks in accordance with established standards.
- May train and qualify on multiple processes.
- Strong safety focus.
- Will be responsible to accomplish daily tasks with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work across shifts / off shift / weekends as needed to support customer needs.
- Use of basic hand tools.
- This will be an onsite role.
Qualifications You Must Have
- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
