    The Product Management team is looking for a Product Manager with background in product lifecycle and Agile practices, as well as, strong communication and collaboration skills. You will be responsible for participating and leading both discovery and development to achieve a specific product goal. A successful candidate must be energized by building deep customer empathy, collaborating with design and development, optimizing team processes, and utilizing data to monitor project success. 

    Focused on Relativity's Developer Platform, you will help bring innovative data and cloud technologies to Relativity's platform while creating a best-in-class experience for the passionate community of developers building on top of Relativity. You will build strong customer relationships to validate our solutions are solving the right problems. You will help lead a team of skilled engineers, architects and designers focused on creating a platform that delights is users and actualizing meaningful project goals.  This position reports to the Senior Product Manager.

    Job Description and Requirements

    Role Responsibilities  

    • Owns product portfolio strategy, roadmap, and goals.   

    • Utilize deep user, market, competitive knowledge and data to articulate clear long-term product vision.   

    • Communicate product vision and achieve buy in from Senior Leadership and stakeholders.   

    • Justify Roadmaps with both qualitative and quantitative data evidence.   

    • Able to set leading indicators of product health and project success; drives tactics based on insights from portfolio metrics and reporting.   

    • Lead research and proposals to drive build/buy/partner decisions.   

    • Engage in exploratory technical design that validates hypotheses and proposed solutions.   

    • Regularly communicate product roadmap value to internal and external customers, with the ability to speak in-depth technically and from a business point of view.   

    • Thinks outside the box to develop solutions customers haven’t even considered. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for getting results. Responsible for developing plans to drive expected outcome.   

    • Work collaboratively with technical design and development to validate direction and solution.   

    • Work with product marketing on go to market strategies.   

    • Manage thoughtful scoping and prioritization while motivating through conflict and change.   

    • Facilitate high priority defect prioritization, management, and communication.   

    • Represent Relativity at industry trade shows and events.   

    • Successfully build consensus and influence others without authority during day-to-day operations.   

    • In the spirit of continuous improvement, provide high quality, direct feedback to peers on both core values and work product.   

    Minimum Qualifications  

    • 5+ years of experience in Product Management at a technology company    

    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a Math related discipline    

    • Solid understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies    

    • Knowledge and experience conducting discovery and usability testing to gather customer feedback.    

    • Familiarity and comfort with data, including ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health, set goals, back up assumptions, and track success  

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on company and team objectives with meticulous attention to detail in the creation and iteration of work    

    • Excellent communications, facilitation and analysis skills coupled with strong business and technical acumen, including problem-solving and critical thinking    

    Preferred Qualifications  

    • Demonstrated capability to take ownership 

    • Strong understanding of technical solutions  

    • 2 years of related experience working within a cloud or API-focused environment    

    • Experience in building the right data integrations and visualization to enable business and operational decisions  

    • Knowledge of working with multiple functional areas, including Project

    • Management, Marketing, Engineering, UX/UI and other stakeholders  

    • History of working with OKRs (or other outcome-based frameworks) that prioritizes outcomes over feature lists

    This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

    The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

    zł208 000 and zł312 000

    The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
