Role Overview:

We are looking for an Identity and Access Management Operations expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of IAM tools and operations. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and analytics competence to ensure that IAM operational functions adhere to best practices, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Competencies:
* Should have good Hands-on experience on access management tools like Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (advance knowledge around excel), IDAM, Office 365 etc.
* Experience in oversight, governance and operations of all aspects of access management.
* Ability to perform requirements fit/gap analysis.
* Has interest in learning to script solutions wherever it helps to automate the process.
* Knowledge and proficiency in business process optimization.
* Demonstrable knowledge of incident and request management especially in relation to applications and security environments.
* Knowledge and proficiency in troubleshooting application problems/issues (from a functional perspective).
* Ability to guide/train application users in the use of application features, functions and best practices.
* Should be able to develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures according to the requirement.
* Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to interact directly with customers that do not have an IT background.
* Ability to work on a rotation basis, where you will work weekends and be given two days off during the week.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience with access administration.
* In-depth knowledge of IAM tools, operations, and standard methodologies.
* Demonstrable experience in operational within the IAM domain.
* Should be comfortable working in 24x7 environment and on weekends as well.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Relevant certifications such as CISA, Splunk or Reporting/ BI tools experience is a plus.
