    The Senior Partner Learning Specialist will be instrumental in developing a comprehensive learning journey that empowers Relativity’s partner community with the essential tools, resources, and training necessary for success in the field. This role demands strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure a streamlined learning experience.

    You will be responsible for designing and implementing a sophisticated enablement program that utilizes advanced technology to deliver impactful learning experiences. Your responsibilities will include developing scalable, curated learning paths, creating engaging content, and leveraging innovative tools and methodologies to foster a continuous learning and development journey for partners. Your technical expertise will be essential in implementing learning management and engagement platforms, optimizing the efficiency and impact of our partner onboarding and training programs

    By incorporating this expertise, we are aligning with Relativity’s shift towards a partner-centric GTM approach, enabling us to prioritize our partner enablement needs and ensure they are fully equipped for success in the field. This dedicated enablement resource will assist in formalizing and launching a seamless learning journey exclusively for partners, so that Relativity can have a greater impact on partner performance and even improve customer outcomes

    This expertise will elevate and drive greater visibility to internal stakeholders on the effectiveness of our enablement programs, both large and small. Breaking down these silos will help us maintain alignment between our partner enablement programs and our key business objectives

    A technical expert can help us maximize the platforms we've already invested in to enable partners, while minimizing costs by reducing the need for additional technical services and lead the integration and roadmap of the enablement solutions to ensure a seamless and cohesive learning experience for partners, lead the implementation of a new partner learning domain and help Relativity further optimize our current tech stack of partner enablement solutions. This role will assist in coordinating with internal SMEs to ensure we are delivering exceptional content that’s relevant to partners, and it’s in a format that’s easily consumable for the appropriate partner audiences.

    This role reports to the Global Partner Program and Experience Manager and can be remote in the United State or Canada within authorized locations.

    Job Description and Requirements

    Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

    • Oversee Skilljar LMS implementation and maintenance, ensuring optimal functionality for partners
    • Design and launch a dedicated learning domain in the LMS tailored for partners
    • Configure and create engaging, interactive learning paths and educational content
    • Develop and enforce governance policies and best practices for LMS usage
    • Oversee the implementation of technical integrations that enhance the learning management system and partner engagement tools, ensuring seamless access to training resources and support
    • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and partners regarding access to training solutions and resources.
    • Collaborate with vendors to resolve any technical issues that may arise, further supporting partner engagement and success

    Partner Learning Journey Program Development

    • Lead the partner team in designing and implementing a comprehensive learning experience tailored for partners, focusing on training in Relativity products, marketing strategies, selling, and implementation practices
    • Coordinate with internal subject matter experts to develop engaging, relevant learning content that supports partner success in the field and aligns with partner program goals
    • Analyze partner feedback and performance metrics to continuously enhance and refine the learning journey, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of partners
    • Create and maintain a clear, goal-oriented content roadmap that prioritizes essential training topics and resources, enabling partners to effectively market and implement Relativity solutions
       

    Optimizing our External Partner Portal & Internal Co-selling Hub

    • Work closely with the Partner team to continuously improve the external facing Partner Portal (Impartner) experience, ensuring it serves as a comprehensive, user-friendly resource for partners. Regularly updates to content, tools, and resources to align with partners needs and program goals
    • Rebuild the Relativity internal Co-selling Hub (Highspot) to promote our partnerships and facilitate collaboration, ensuring it serves as a comprehensive resource for Relativity GTM teams to easily identify and connect with partners for co-selling opportunities

    Qualifications

    • 5+ Years of proven experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, training, or a related field
    • Has experience in designing and delivering effective training programs and enablement initiatives for global audiences
    • Has a technical background in utilizing and managing enablement technologies such as Skilljar LMS, Highspot, and Impartner
    • Creative thinking and a passion to quickly learn and master new technology and platforms
    • Strong relationship-building skills and collaborative mindset
    • Works effectively with internal teams and external partners to achieve common goals

    Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

    This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

    The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

    $94,000 and $140,000

    The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
