Hitachi Energy is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Sales Support Specialist who wants to work in an organization that is characterized by exciting projects, successful deliveries, and great team spirit. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to commercial order processing. The nature of the role requires an ability to be flexible and to be able to independently prioritize and make assessments of how the time is best distributed for the work to be conducted efficiently. The position is based in Zagreb, Croatia.
Your responsibilities
Manage orders from customer and purchases at suppliers
Register and handle orders and purchases in the order system. Follow-up completion and communicate ongoing orders/purchases internally as well as with customers and suppliers
Review documentation related to sales department/customer
Processing of SAP orders including but not limited to preparation of billing schedules, order confirmations
Invoice verification/releases and invoicing
Ensure that delivery execution shipments are sent on time and according to defined plan and schedule and in the cost-effective manner
Preparing and analyzing regular statistics using available tools and collecting relevant information
Support in obtaining collateral such as guarantees together with the relevant departments, including checking contract terms and following up on recovery at the end of the period
Notification of readiness for shipment / coordination of delivery dates with customers and factories
Adjustment of project-related billing data to support revenue planning
Cost / progress tracking in the project process

Your background:
Completed commercial or similar education,
Profound/advanced knowledge of SAP transactions and MS Office applications,
As a person, you are driven, thorough, structured and positive,
Good communication skills and the wish to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment,
Fluent written and spoken Croatian and English language skills,
Basic knowledge of delivery terms (Incoterms),
Strong administration skills, sense of ownership and sense of responsibility
You enjoy working independently and in collaboration with others
