- Associates gain knowledge and skills through practical, technical and managerial training.
- Associates usually carry out roles in various functions, divisions and geographical regions of the company.
- The associate will learn functional and technical aspects of our business, as well as general leadership skills.
- The program consists of 18-24 month rotations in different functions and divisions of Avery Dennison. Projects vary with the current business needs and utilize Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies.

- Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing, engineering, logistics/supply chain management, or related discipline
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Highly motivated and creative thinker
- Effectively communicates at all levels of the organization
- Works effectively in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
- Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Sets and achieves challenging goals for self and projects
- Works independently
- Willingness to relocate every 18-24 months into different businesses and locations.
- May be required to be fluent in a second language.
