The Team:
You will be part of the Celonis Academy team which empowers people to be successful with Celonis by delivering impactful learning experiences. We manage the Celonis Academy training platform and develop Celonis’ online and instructor-led training.
Specifically, you will join the Online Training Team which produces training on the Celonis product, best practices and methodologies for different audiences: Celounauts, Customers, Partners and Students. More than 300,000 learners worldwide consume the content Online training team creates, predominantly Celonis corporate partners but also customers, academic partners and internal employees. Through the feedback channel with our learners, you will directly see the impact of your work.
The Role:
As a Manager, India Online Training, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of Learning Experience Designers in India. The Learning Experience Designers are instructional designers and subject matter experts who are responsible for creating a variety of online content such as courses, videos, hands-on exercise, qualifications and certification exams. In addition to your responsibilities for online training, you also position and sell our instructor-led training offering internally and externally collaborating closely with Celonis account teams, customers and partners.
As an ideal candidate, you have experience in online training creation for software products, and excellent communication skills. In addition, you have a passion for solving complex customer problems and developing a high-performing team. You have a growth mindset and strive for a role encouraging you to continuously expand your knowledge and think creatively.
The work you’ll do:
- Lead and manage a team of Learning Experience designers in India
- Ensure timely delivery of online training that meets Celonis Academy high-quality standards
- Consult and develop enablement offerings based on new Celonis products & value methodologies
- Actively source training opportunities
- Represent Celonis Academy team in the regional and local events, initiatives, QBRs
- Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with other departments, such as Sales, Product Management, Value Engineering, and Services, to promote training offerings and their impact on customer adoption/satisfaction
- Enable culture of learning and keep team members upskilled in latest instructional design best practices and innovative technologies
- Proactively manage hiring, attrition, productivity, engagement, team motivation, and enablement across your team
- Coordinate and hold live & virtual (technical) training sessions
The qualifications you need:
- Proven leadership experience either directly managing or indirectly leading teams
- Should have overall 10 years of work experience, with some team handling experience
- Significant experience in creating and delivering online training for different stakeholders in SaaS environment
- A top performer with demonstrable past success in achieving relevant targets and KPIs
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting, motivating, and retaining top talent
- Excellent communication skills, collaborative (team-focused) mindset
- An entrepreneurial approach, self-aware, and an inspiring character with great energy
