Job Details

As part of the Power Transformer Operations team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable and transformational change across multiple transformers factories, focused on safety, quality and process improvement of the HVDC manufacturing processes. You will work with our six HVDC power transformer factories worldwide, with a wide variety of technologies and equipment, coordinating and driving manufacturing related projects and investment projects over the entire production process.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage local and global process improvement projects in HVDC Transformer manufacturing
  • Drive process improvements and changes in product design and manufacturing methods for HVDC Transformers
  • Provide expert support to our factories for process improvement activities, equipment investments and upgrades
  • Conduct factory assessments and follow the implementation of the global HVDC manufacturing platform. Drive implementation in a systematic manner
  • Develop standard equipment requirements, linked with process performance and critical to quality characteristics
  • Develop and update documentations such as production standards and quality inspection cards for HVDC Manufacturing

Your background

  • Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills with clear passion to develop and to drive change
  • International experience, working with different countries and cultures
  • Fluent written and spoken English matched with excellent communication skills
