Job Details

The Threat Disruption team within Meta Security Policy is dedicated to identifying, tracking, and disrupting adversarial threat actors that seek to cause harm across the internet, including through our platforms. This work includes understanding the risks we face, crafting policies that govern acceptable use of our platforms, working across Facebook to build detection and enforcement responses to counter threats and keep people safe, and working with partners in government, civil society, and across industry to help drive whole-of-society responses to protect victim communities and tackle security threats.We are looking for a Security Policy Manager to work with our Director of Threat Disruption, Fraud and Scams policy lead, and Disruption Pillar leads to enable high priority projects across Meta’s Security Policy team. This role will focus on enabling our threat disruptions targeting fraud-focused cybercriminal groups, working with Product and Engineering teams to build scaled detection and enforcement to counter fraud and scams, and informing regulatory strategy and response in APAC focused on fraud and scams. This role will be based in Singapore.

Security Policy Manager, Threat Disruption Responsibilities:
  • Partner with investigative teams to drive takedowns and deterrence of fraud, scam, and cybercrime actors globally
  • Lead regulatory response and strategy in APAC focused on fraud and scams
  • Partner and counsel product and operations teams to implement scaled solutions
  • Work with Operations, investigations, and outsourcing teams to ensure that high priority escalations are reviewed


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 6 years of experience in operations, project management, or program management at technology companies and/or in government
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, tasks, and track deliverables
  • Understanding of current threats and trends in cybersecurity, including fraud, scams, and cybercrime
  • Familiarity with our existing public enforcement policies and procedures
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to operate independently and with ambiguity


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in security, cybersecurity, or law enforcement roles
