Role Description & Responsibilities:

Dassault Systèmes is seeking a highly talented Cloud Run Operator who enjoy solving complex problems, automating everything, being table to act as a firefighter when needed, and inspired by the DevOps methodologies. The candidate will be part of the Cloud Operations Engineering team located around the world (Europe, India & USA), and will be evolving in an international context.

·       Designing & implementing tools and solution to manage large scale and fault tolerant 3DEXPERIENCE Platform services and Cloud Infrastructure

·       Participating in the design and deployment of the Cloud orchestration systems permitting full automations

·       Performing changes and operations on live systems

·       Managing incidents resolution and complex production problems

·       Ensuring successful 24x7 operations to secure the reliability, the performance and the quality of the cloud services we deploy to our customers including Sovereign & Dedicated deployments

·       Assisting in the development processes and architecture of the cloud services

Qualifications

• Bachelors Or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or any relevant field

·       Used to  work as on call engineer

·       Used to work in Cloud Environments

·       Used to work in Linux systems

·       Used to work in complex environments under strong constraints

·       AWS knowledge

·       Core infrastructure knowledge: networking (architecture, internal, tcp/ip...), software system architecture, operating systems, common web protocols (https, proxy, dns...), databases, middleware’s, and security concepts

·       Strong Linux skills

·       Strong programming (java groovy) and scripting skills (shell, python)

·       Cloud automation technologies (chef, puppet)

·       Understanding of common monitoring technologies

·       Pro-active self-starter and highly autonomous

·       Strong autonomy

·       Strong organization skills

·       An experience in management is also appreciated

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $122,000 and $162,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
