As a Supplier Quality Intern at Collins Aerospace, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring the highest standards for our Avionics Sensor Systems supply base. What You Will Do:

• Coordinate with cross-functional groups to manage and expedite supplier suspect non-conforming material.
• Assist Supplier Quality Engineers in implementing risk mitigation activities with a strong emphasis on mistake proofing.
• Support Supplier Quality Management System audits.
• Contribute to projects as assigned by your manager.

• Gain hands-on experience in supplier quality processes, from material disposition to risk mitigation.
• Learn industry-standard quality tools and mistake-proofing techniques.
• Understand the dynamics of cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
• Develop skills in Supplier Quality Management System auditing.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience with quality control or supplier management is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
