- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, or project management from a public accounting firm or multi-national company.
- Experience supporting or leading cross-functional projects and identifying process improvements.
- Experience in managing and overseeing operations related to risk management, ensuring adherence to defined processes, accuracy, and timelines.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience in governance, audit or compliance.
- Experience establishing structure and operationalizing solutions at scale in complex environments.
- Understanding of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), accounting processes and terminology, and the ability to work in a fluid environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
- Excellent investigative, risk assessment and problem-solving skills.
The Process Governance and Advisory team is the central governance and risk management function for Revenue to Cash Operations ( RCO). We own and manage a suite of specialized programs that together enable ongoing and holistic visibility into risk across the organizations.
As a Program Manager, you will own and lead one of our core program areas, design and implement frameworks and infrastructure to drive standardization, efficiency, resilience and compliance across process areas. You will advise RCO leadership on operational risks and propose, plan and drive mitigation actions that will involve external and internal stakeholders and teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$154,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Define and implement policies to strengthen governance and risk management practices for Global Revenue to Cash Operations.
- Develop and drive scalable, data driven programs to provide oversight, monitor risk/compliance and drive informed decision making across hundreds of processes.
- Collaborate with partner teams across RCO and other governance functions to enhance visibility into risk drivers and related impact on operational health and compliance
- Educate stakeholders on operational risks, identify and evaluate gaps and related impact and advise on opportunities to strengthen controls.
- Support process owners during internal and external audits, liaising with auditors and coordinating remediation actions.
