We're looking for a sharp, positive, and motivated self-starter to join our Mid-Market EMEA team in London!

This role is crucial in ensuring continuity in account management coverage. This role is agile  - rotating around Mid Market EMEA teams on assignments to address business critical needs, such as parental leave. Individuals on the team benefit from exposure to many different teams and roles within Reddit sales UK, accelerating their learning and development.

This role is based out of our London, UK office.

Responsibilities:

• Step into areas of the EMEA team where there are gaps in coverage, executing a seamless handover and management of accounts.
• Work closely in a pod with a Client Partner to meet our client's advertising objectives through performance-driven or awareness campaigns
• Monitor marketing campaign performance, and make manual optimizations or strategic recommendations as needed
• Pull and analyze data to compile compelling and actionable insights to move your clients' businesses forward.
• Educate brands and media agencies, effectively communicate value propositions and best practices
• Accurate forecasting of daily, weekly and monthly client spending on the platform.
• Recognise and represent client needs and asks to cross-functional stakeholders
• Proactively and continually identify areas of improvement
• Strategically identify and pitch upsell opportunities to clients to contribute to account growth
• Drive product adoption, learning agendas and growth plans
• Work closely with with XFN partners in measurement, creative and more to ensure successful campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in online media sales (platform experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of the media landscape across the UK
• Client-facing experience in advertising sales, account management, or paid social campaign management
• Users-first orientation
• Positive outlook, team player
• Demonstrated high achievement against sales targets
• Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, changing environment 
• Solid understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem
• Experience working with Excel and delivering actionable insights
• Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals and mobile measurement partners
• Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners
