Job Details

We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) for our CPG-AlcoBev vertical. The CSM will work closely with our large CPG/FMCG advertisers to develop solutions for their business problems and ongoing or new marketing campaigns. The ideal CSM has experience in brand management, communication development and high level of exposure to media planning, along with a servicing mindset.

Client Solutions Manager, CPG Responsibilities:
  • Act as a product & insights expert, in partnership with Client Partner, to identify and implement marketing solutions that drive measurable business results for our partners
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)
  • Craft narratives and recommendations pairing custom insights with creative ideas for presentations to business stakeholders
  • Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership
  • Drive proactive media & measurement strategy, implementation, and optimizations to increase performance and investments
  • Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams to project manage complex workstreams
  • Oversee account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)
  • Ability to travel as needed


Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCGs, with high exposure to media planning, measurement and execution
  • Strong project management skills with hands-on experience in brand launches, large brand campaigns etc
  • Understanding of communication development, influencer marketing and online and traditional advertising


Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing
  • Brand management in FMCGs
  • Sales/solutioning skills in new-age digital media companies
