The Raytheon Airborne Spectrum Finance Organization is seeking a Program Cost Controls Analyst  to  support a high visibility, key development program . This position reports directly to the Senior Finance Manager of the portfolio.   You will partner and collaborate with the Program Manager and IPTs to manage external and internal Earned Value requirements, bi-quarterly EACs, monthly forecasts, monthly CDRLs and more. You will be expected to interface with key team members by presenting and discussing key financial metrics. We are looking for someone who can successfully partner and influence the program team to help meet financial goals and commitments and support customer deliverables and requests.

This position is an onsite role located at the Raytheon Independence site in Plano, TX

What You Will Do

  • External and Internal Earned Value Management.
  • Estimates at Complete and Latest Revised Estimates.
  • Monthly Forecasting, Short Range Outlooks, Long Rang Plans, Annual Operating Plans.
  • Assisting Program Director and key personnel in the understanding of financial impacts.
  • Constantly looking for improvements to processes and reporting.
  • Ad hoc tasks in support of current execution or new business activities.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Defense experience.
  • Program Controls experience.
  • Earned Value Management experience.
  • Estimate at Complete experience.
  • Financial Planning experience.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
