Skills and Competencies:

  • Knowledge of financial instruments such as RMBS, CMBS, ABS, and CLO.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and form evaluation processes.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SFG deals onboarding process, focusing on various financial instruments.
  • Conduct searches and evaluations of 15E Forms and support the 17g-5 deal setup process.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and manage RMBS and CMBS monitoring mailboxes.
  • Provide backup support for deal setup across different SFG LOBs.
  • Assist in setting up primary and monitoring actions, supporting the HPA & LRA process.
  • Review deals as part of the SFG Handover process.
  • Support INU Validation manual override requests to ensure data integrity.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [[$56,200 - [[$81,550, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
