The Team
Deloitte's Sourcing and Procurement practice helps clients transform their Strategic Sourcing & Procurement functions into strategic partners for their businesses. We are differentiated by our executable mindset, focus, and strategy capabilities. We excel at strategies that are delivered through a combination of strong category experience, Sourcing and Procurement operating model expertise, broad-based knowledge and management skills, and geographical reach around the world. We advise companies on potential areas of savings relating to both indirect SG&A costs as well as direct Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and enable digital transformation goals of Strategic Sourcing & Procurement functions through technology (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, etc.) assessments, selection, implementation, and continuous operations.

As a Manager you will work in a collaborative and diverse team environment providing many opportunities to have an active voice. You will advise clients on their Supply Chain and Operations strategy and work with them to implement next generation solutions. Deloitte brings world-class supply network capabilities, operational know-how, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions experience to our clients; specializing in: Digital Supply Networks, Internet of Things, Sourcing and Procurement, Manufacturing, Product Development, Dynamic Fulfillment, and Synchronized Planning.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $144,600 to $241,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Work You'll Do

Illustrative activities include:
- Work directly with clients to understand their Supply Chain, Manufacturing and related processes, capabilities, and systems
- Set engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans, and coordinate activities across and between multiple project workstreams
- Identify and implement strategic programs for clients' operations departments, and develop ways to assess, measure, and improve operational performance
- Assess and/or guide the assessment of large datasets to discover meaningful patterns, trends and relationships
- Develop advanced analytics and / or cognitive approaches to generate insights and improve supply chain performance
Qualifications
Required
- 8 + years consulting and/or industry experience
- 8 + years experience of procurement experience
- Experience leading delivery of Sourcing & Procurement projects from strategy through implementation
- Experience with Spend analytics, RFx and Strategic Sourcing execution, category management, operational procurement, demand management or vendor/supplier management
- Sales experience
- Team lead / Project management experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- MBA or Advanced Degree
- Mentoring experience
