Core Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain financial models, reports, and analytics to support strategic business decisions and drive sales and revenue (topline) strategy.

• Proactively identify, quantify, and provide overviews of risks/opportunities in topline performance and outlook.

• Present key financial insights, performance updates, and ad hoc analysis to senior leadership.

• Provide forecast and budget variance analysis and related reports as needed.

• Combines data as needed from disparate data sources to complete analyses.

• Develop deep dive analysis on the "why" and the "what" to understand numbers to identify topline drivers and key insights.

• Review and analyze revenue business performance, craft and deliver forecast and budget analysis.

• Promote a culture of excellence, data driven discussions, healthy skepticism, intellectual curiosity, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.

• Support, partner, and mentor other analysts on ad hoc projects and set the pace for financial analyst team.

• Perform additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  

Qualifications:

• +3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, banking, consulting, financial services or a related analytical role

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI tools like Tableau)

• All around team player, fast, and self-learning individual

• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment, handling multiple tasks with flexibility and a positive attitude

• Proactive and solution-forward, bias for action

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
