The key responsibility of a TA Business Partner is to collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals. Additionally, this role is the essential link between candidates, hiring managers, talent acquisition team and HR personnel, ensuring a smooth, efficient and positive recruitment & candidate experience.
As a member of the TA APAC team, the Consultant will fully manage the talent acquisition matter for the MSEA timezone. The work location can be our offices located in either Vietnam, Malaysia or Thailand. This role reports to the TA BP Lead in Asia.
- Act as a TA business partner to the business stakeholders, hiring managers and HR Business Partners, advising innovative talent acquisition & solutions on workforce planning, recruitment strategies development, and D&I goals;
- Responsible for the recruitment of junior-to-mid level positions of the assigned functions from sourcing, interview to offer and onboarding;
- Manage the creation of the job requisition for junior-to-mid level positions in the ATS and to ensure the inputted job information are accurate and the opened positions are well approved by authorized parties;
- Proactively partnering with the hiring managers and HR Business Partners to review, advise and develop appropriate interview & assessment contents to evaluate the candidates based on competencies;
- Proactively communicate with the HR Business Partners to gain thorough knowledge and updates of our company business and operations to understand the talent acquisition needs;
- Actively involved in the recruitment of Management Trainee and Internship programs
- Able to utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with the TA Sourcers;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Keep abreast of market insights and talent movement trends;
- Proactive to drive a high degree of initiative and intuition, challenging the status quo, adding innovative and growth mindset, incorporating best practice and driving change;
- Be a back-up support to other TA Business Partners in APAC as required;
- Participate regional talent acquisition projects and HR initiatives, Employer Branding as required
Qualifications
- Relevant TA partnering experiences from a sizable organisation, preferably manufacturing, chemical, packaging industries.
- Proven track record recruiting junior-to-mid positions in MSEA. Able to handle a minimum of 10 positions at one time.
- Experience in handling campus recruitment
- Preferably worked in a regional COE set-up work environment
- Strong ability to adapt changes, prioritize work and work under pressure
- Strong multi-tasking and be proactive at all times
- Innovative and creative TA mind set
- Team player, passionate in TA / HR, energetic
- Very good spoken in English and other Asian languages is highly preferable (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese)
- Preferably can start in short notice
