Business Process Automation Engineer
Role Summary
A high performing team member with expert knowledge of functional area in multiple domains. Leads issue investigation and remediation for most critical, complex, production service disruptions and/or service enhancement. Drives and leads complex, vaguely defined technical/high impacting projects/initiatives by working cross functionally. Stretches into team leadership based on project/team needs. Acts as a mentor to all analysts.
What you'll do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, discussing their business processes and onboarding them to the Power Platform.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Discuss and facilitate the migration of business processes from other RPA tools like UI Path and Alteryx to the Power Platform.
Design automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure technologies.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of connecting and automating various enterprise applications using Power Platform connectors and integration tools.
Demonstrate expertise in managing environments and configuring security roles within the Power Platform.
Good understanding of the different Power Automate licenses and their specific use cases.
Leverage Power Automate RPA (Robotic Process Automation) features to create and manage automated workflows.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure successful adoption of automation solutions.
Who you are:
- Proven experience in business process automation, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform.
- Expertise in Power Automate, including RPA features.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Certification in Power Platform (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals) is a plus.
