Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the PMO for large Pan European deals / Single country large deals.
  • Work closely with the Deal Opportunity Director in the EU Deal Team to deliver comprehensive deal support for European clients who have multiple CIA agreements by geography.  Leverage insights and best practices from across Europe to ensure a consistent and strong client offer. Understand CIA timings, client needs, and market conditions.  Coordinate with numerous stakeholders to present a unified strategy in client pitches.
  • The individual will be responsible for driving performance improvement across the key processes within the PMO, e.g. planning & estimating, prioritization, commercials etc.
  • Coordinate and run portfolio governance meetings, such as Daily / Weekly stand ups.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for project management best-practice, methods, processes, tools, templates and standards.
  • Facilitate Lessons Learned workshops and document findings for continuous improvements to the role of the PMO
  • Drive through best practice and learnings from other Pan European deals, including maximizing usage of Deal Content Library
  • Feedback to COE Head improvements required on best practice, including training needs.
  • Proficiency in French/Italian and English required. Additional other European languages are a plus.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.


Qualifications

Fluent Italian and english a must
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Proven experience as a PMO Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
