- Experience problem-solving across distributed, fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
- Experience working with Machine Learning and Large Language Models, or ML Operations.
- Experience leading software programs for consumer hardware products.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead multi-disciplinary engineering projects using engineering knowledge. You'll plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project life-cycle. You will manage projects of various size and scope, identifying future opportunities, improving processes, and driving the technical directions of the programs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Drive progress across critical feature launches in Gemini while working across work-streams, functions, and organizations.
- Lead engineering teams to identify risks and corresponding mitigation plans, prioritize and track tasks to completion against goals.
- Communicate progress, risks, and plans to leadership on a regular basis.
- Identify operational and process improvements and quickly set-up lightweight processes to fill gaps.
- Partner with program management and engineering leads to understand and influence product direction and ensure execution matches.
