Are you a motivated, analytical thinker with a passion for problem-solving and strategic decision-making? Eager to explore the diverse world of finance in the manufacturing industry and develop as a future leader?

Join the Finance stream of our two-year rotational European Graduate Program within our Materials Group Business and gain hands-on experience in various areas of finance. You'll rotate through different assignments, working on real-world projects that drive our business forward. This is your opportunity to build a strong foundation in finance, develop your business and leadership skills, and discover your niche within a global organization.

Your tasks may include activities such as:

  • Empowering our business through insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to different functions such as Procurement, Commercial and Operations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial expertise and support that enables informed decision-making
  • Participate in month-end reporting as well as quarterly forecasting and annual planning
  • Involvement in Financial Expenditure and Finance projects on European level

Qualifications

What we expect you to have:

  • University Degree (Bachelor / Master) in a relevant Business / Economics field, preferrably with a focus on Finance / Corporate Finance
  • At least 6 months of relevant practical experience (e.g. internships, project work), ideally in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interest and good skillset in Excel as well as Business Intelligence / Technology (Python, PowerBI, statistical SW, etc)
