Job You Will Do:

Seeking a highly specialized Product Owner for a student portal build. Salesforce Education Cloud experience is a must. This role is pivotal in guiding the development and implementation of a comprehensive student portal tailored for Catholic universities. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of working with Catholic educational institutions and possess deep expertise in Education Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Student Success Hub. Experience with Data Cloud is a plus.

Key responsibilities include leading the development and execution of the product roadmap for the student portal, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of Catholic universities. The candidate will drive engagement with key stakeholders, including university administrators, faculty, and students, to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure the portal meets their needs. Utilizing in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Education Cloud, the candidate will design and implement solutions that enhance the student experience and track potential tech debt as it relates to migration to Education Cloud. Additionally, they will leverage expertise in Service Cloud and Student Success Hub to integrate support and success features into the student portal, and if applicable, incorporate Data Cloud capabilities to enhance data management and analytics within the portal. The candidate should have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product ownership or management, with a focus on Salesforce Higher Ed solutions. Demonstrated history of working with Catholic universities is essential, along with deep expertise in Salesforce Education Cloud, Service Cloud, and Student Success Hub. Experience with Data Cloud is a plus. Must be willing to travel frequently to client site.
