Compensation Range: $51,100 To $64,000 

Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.  

Job Purpose

Coordinate and execute administrative and supportive account, sales and service activities. Handle questions, complaints and requests from customers, within company policies and procedures, in order to support the unit in realizing commercial objectives and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day contact, support and communication between customer, personnel, National Accounts team and Account Services at EnerSys locations.
  • Coordinate field service activities for key accounts, develop, complete and coordinate all contract-tracking documents.
  • Review contractual documents and coordinate inputs from legal, National Account General Manager, National Account team and Corporate.
  • Support all inside sales and service activities for the National Account team including order entry, order acknowledgment, order status, updates to the customer and prepare return material authorization requests.
  • This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years formal clerical/business education.  
  • Three years’ experience in an office environment in a customer service role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous telephone experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with order entry process using BaaN or SAP.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field

  • This position will work in an office setting, expect minimal physical demands.
  • Must be able to frequently bend; twist; reach; stoop; kneel or crouch.
