Your responsibilities:

• You will be purchasing materials on behalf of the business according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule and terms. 

• You will be initiating purchase orders according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, negotiating agreements with main suppliers and periodically renewing price lists, terms and conditions. 

• You will be supporting the bid and proposal teams by providing relevant market information. 

• You will oversee supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, lead time) and resolving performance issues, identify and qualify new suppliers in cooperation with Supplier Quality and Engineering specialists. 

• You will align supplier orders with customer requirements in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price and order Handling to follow up the goods and logistics planning from both oversee and local to delivery to site to maintain project schedule.

• You will coordinate with freight forwarder for customs clearance.

• You will be responsibility for BOI & EEI processing.

Your background:

• Bachelor’s degree in any relate fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing / buyer (both direct and in-direct materials), BOI & EEI / SCM / Logistics.

• Strong Negotiation and work well under pressure.

• Computer skill in any ERP or SAP. advance-Excel will be advantage.

• Good command of Thai, English communication.
