Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with network routing protocols, design and troubleshooting, with network equipment providers.
- 7 years of experience in Network Operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with security products and technologies, wireless networking, or LAN switching technologies.
- Experience with network management tools and technologies.
- Excellent technical leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive network operations strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the network operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Stay up-to-date on network designs and technologies. Lead technical discussions and collaborate closely with partner teams on New Product Introductions (NPI) programs to ensure Operations readiness.
- Improve network efficiency and effectiveness through investing in process and automation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network issues. Identify chronic issues and take proactive actions to mitigate the impact.
