• Guide a team of infrastructure operators in daily operations, ensuring adherence to production best practices and Service Level Objective (SLO) attainment. Mentor junior engineers, fostering their growth and development.
  
• Manage the customer zero platform, encompassing capacity planning, incident response, and change management. Identify and address operational pain points, collaborating with the product team to implement and deliver solutions to customers.
  
• Provide actionable feedback to the Product team, driving long-term fixes and collaborating with the Operations Excellence team to refine the operational model.
  
• Work closely with platform administrators to understand their needs and partner with internal development teams to address bugs and usability issues.
  
• Deploy and manage Google Distributed Cloud environments using public documentation, becoming a subject matter expert and participating in customer and partner training.
