We are looking for a Boeing Cell Leader who will oversee teams and strategies to deliver critical nacelle components on behalf of a high visibility Boeing program. This leader will be responsible for the operational and compliance performance necessary to meet on-time delivery, world-class quality, drive growth, and enhance customer experience.

This position has responsibility for driving employee engagement to the next level improving processes for reduced cycle time, ensuring proper flow of hardware to support the value stream safety, quality, delivery, and cost, with a special focus on industrialization strategies to implement technology and automation into the assembly process.

What YOU will do

  • Demonstrates operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and organizational development.
  • Lead a cross-functional team that oversees the operational aspects of ongoing projects, daily manufacturing operations serving as the vital link between program management, project teams, and onsite leadership.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Value Stream Managers, and Program Managers, to tackle challenges and ensure smooth operations.
  • Work closely with functional and factory resources to ensure all program requirements are met, maintaining adherence to delivery schedules, cost targets, and performance standards.
  • Utilize Continuous Improvement tools and processes to drive change and eliminate waste.
  • Drives employee engagement, positive culture, and executes strategic workforce planning initiatives.
  • Fosters a culture of empowerment, inclusiveness, and open communication within the team.
  • Standardizes best practices across operational cells.
  • Maintains compliance to all regulations, laws, and management systems requirements.
  • Proactively reduces EH&S risks and promotes safe behaviors in the workplace.
  • Establishes staffing plans to meet customer demand and satisfy On Time Delivery and financial targets.

Education & Experience

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
