Work you'll do
The PM Analytics and Program Lead is responsible for staffing, team performance management, the delivery teams' organizational chart, designing an integrated delivery strategy to achieve delivery excellence and quality of life for teammates, and for leading the project's leadership team (the Technical Solutions Manager & Architect, Data Fluency & Data Literacy Manager, and Product Management & Evaluation Lead).
the PM Analytics and Program Manager must be able to provide program guidance and prioritize within and between the four lines of effort within SIAF:
Data Infrastructure and Architecture: PM partners with clients to access cloud infrastructure such as Azure and Databricks and to migrate data storage from SQL Server to Azure. The data storage, data architecture, and transformation workflows all operate within particular mission and security parameters. This workstream builds and optimizes PM's data stack. AI & Product: The Department has several AI pilots that the client actively participate in; in addition, maintains several dashboards and analytic indices measuring PM's mission impact across multiple priorities, and regularly develops new analytic products for different offices and task forces. This workstream builds and optimizes front-end UI/UX, intake, and customer success functions. Data Operations: Manages the entire management lifecycle of client's data. This workstream evolves and automates the movement of data to and through the data layer of client's data stack. Data Strategy & Governance: Guides the client through Data and AI Strategy implementation and supports the Data Steward Council. This workstream ensures that the business defines its mission objectives for data management and analytics.

Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- 12+ years of experience in data management, governance, modernization, and architecture solutions.
- 5+ years of government consulting industry experience.
- Active Top Secret security clearance required.
- Travel up to 25% depending on the industries and clients you serve.
Preferred:
- Ability to tell a story through the creation of compelling client presentations.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment.
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience.
