What You Will Do
  • Be responsible for leading the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the company’s environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs in alignment with regulatory requirements and RTX/Pratt & Whitney (PW) standards.
  • Promote and foster a culture of EHS across the organization, ensuring compliance and the integration of EHS practices into all aspects of operations.
  • Proactively engage with teams to embed environmental, health, and safety values into the company’s culture and collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s EHS strategy, ensuring alignment with RTX, PW, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a culture of EHS across the organization, promoting environmental responsibility, health, and safety as core values in all business operations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and related EHS Councils to integrate EHS considerations into strategic and operational decision-making, ensuring that safety, health, and environmental factors are embedded in the company’s long-term goals.
  • Use data to monitor, evaluate, and communicate EHS performance, driving continuous improvement and advocating for necessary resources.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as RTX and PW-specific requirements.
  • Oversee the management and implementation of EHS programs, maintaining the compliance calendar and ensuring timely completion of audits, inspections, and reporting, along with related findings based on root causes.
  • Serve as the liaison with regulatory agencies and corporate stakeholders, ensuring transparency in EHS practices and maintaining alignment with corporate sustainability and safety goals.
  • Provide EHS support in facilities management, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards in all workplace operations and projects.
  • Collaborate with global trade teams to ensure GT compliance.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in EH&S as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer registered with Ministry of Manpower.
  • Fire Safety Manager Registered with SCDF.
  • Experience in implementation of EHS management systems (e.g. ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
  • Compliance driven, meticulous and exhibit a high level of integrity.
  • Strong grasp of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate leadership in manage multiple projects to drive change and transformation.  
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Qualifications We Prefer
  • Facility management experience.
  • Relevant experience in Aerospace or Manufacturing.
