Minimum qualifications:- JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of attorney-level experience in in-house or at a law firm with litigation.
- Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a large global company environment or working closely with a large global company.
- Experience working in technology.
- Experience working with multiple jurisdictions, including outside of primary legal education.
- Knowledge of privacy, consumer protection, antitrust, contract, content moderation/safety, or IP law issues in a technology context.
- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.

- Support litigation cases in Spanish-speaking Latin American countries, working closely with lead counsel and outside counsel to execute litigation strategy.
- Assist in advising management, business clients, and legal teams on various legal matters, with a focus on potential risks and implications of contentious issues.
- Contribute to all phases of contentious matters, including pre-litigation analysis, litigation support, and ensuring compliance with court rulings.
- Develop an understanding of Google products and build effective relationships with business clients and legal colleagues across our global offices.
- Conduct legal research and analysis, and prepare legal memoranda and other documents to support the litigation team.
