    Technical Solutions Executive – Design & Manufacturing Central East Europe

    Position Overview

    The Technical Solutions Executive (TechSE) is a commercial technical role that partners with the Mid-Market Accounts Sales Executive to grow new business in Central East Europe Design & Manufacturing Industry focusing on Poland, Czechia and Slovakia.  

    Based out of Poland or Czechia you will be reporting to the Technical Sales Manager for Central East Europe. You will manage technical aspects of the pre-sales conversations with customers to offer solutions that meet customer business initiatives and become their trusted advisor and technical thought leader.

    Principal Responsibilities

    • Account Plan Development: You will work with the Mid-Market Accounts Sales Executives and other pit-crew members to define a strategic customer plan and implement that plan

    • Customer Relationship Management: Through joint and independent in-person and remote customer-facing activities, you develop your knowledge of customers' processes, workflows, goals and requirements to build "trusted advisor" relationships

    • Leadership: Your understanding of the Design & Manufacturing industry, processes, technology trends and workflows will provide insight, stories and guidance required to inspire and excite accounts to differentiate us and gain acceptance that we are a long-term solution provider

    • Technical Discovery & Value Engineering: You lead discovery activity to capture requirements, goals and as-is processes to make business cases and use this information to qualify any opportunity and connect our solutions to business outcome value. You work with Solutions Engineers and Partners who use their knowledge to architect a technical solution based on your findings

    • Customer Closure: You develop and present a compelling value proposition with us to secure the Technical Win. Throughout the sales process you will inspire and excite customer through awesome presentations and stories

    • Collaboration: Develop trusted working internal relationships with us to ensure customer satisfaction and new business growth

    Requirements

    • 4+ years experience in customer-facing Presales/Technical Sales role

    • 5+ years working in or with the Design & Manufacturing industry

    • Fluent in Polish and English, Czech is a plus

    • Knowledge of Autodesk solutions such as Inventor, Fusion, Vault or Fusion Manage or knowledge of selling technology solutions from other SaaS or technology vendor

    Hybrid workplace setup in one of our CEE office location or Home Office workplace setup in CEE. Travel is required for customer onsite engagements where needed and business-related events.
