  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience with people management.
  • Experience in Video Advertising.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience influencing executive-level clients and stakeholders and driving results.
  • Experience with leadership in sales/operations management, strategic planning, and systems thinking, with the ability to align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (e.g., AI-powered Video), and the key competitor landscape across traditional and digital brand media advertising.
  • Knowledge of customer business objectives, with the ability to develop joint business plans in ambiguous environments.
  • Knowledge of the linear, connected TV (CTV), social, and digital video marketplace, with a passion for Google's ad products, YouTube, and Display and Video 360.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of video specialists, driving awareness and consideration for some of the world's largest advertisers and agencies. The team's mission is to unlock the next wave of growth, for clients and for Google.

You will work with cross-functional teams to enable business execution across industries including Apps, Tech business to business, Education, and more. You will partner across SDS divisions to drive business growth and solve for business objectives utilizing YouTube and Google's media solutions. You will work with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$268,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
  • Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
  • Plan for, and achieve, growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Build knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives. 
  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior partner stakeholders, develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Manage a team of video sellers within the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team across the respective verticals, and attract, develop, and retain talent in all roles across the team.
